4 SIMPLE EXERCISES TO KEEP KNEE PAIN PROBLEM AWAY

Repeat this exercise for 10-15 times twice a day. While doing this exercise make sure that your upper body should be in a straight position.




Wall Squats: Stand with your back against the wall and feet shoulder-width apart. Bent your knees and lower into a squat position and then straighten your legs and then return to the starting position.
