Sitting is a poor posture is really harmful to us. People think that they sit in a bad posture only in offices but this is not the truth. The fact is this that after office hours we also sit in a bad posture, and we normally say that we are just relaxing. Not sitting in a good posture will affect our spine and also give rise to the problems related to our health.
If you really want to end up with this problem, you need to sit in a good posture in your office. Bad posture is caused by daily routine activities like sitting for long hours and continuously staring at the computer screen, using a phone for a long time, carrying a bag on a shoulder for a long time, sleeping in a bad position, and sitting in office chairs. All these activities cause many health-related problems.

Sitting in a bad posture for a long time without stretching the muscle and without changing the position can cause back pain and neck pain. In the starting, you will not notice the changes but after sometimes this will cause a lot of problems.

Many people think that sitting with crossed legs is stylish but the truth is just the opposite of it. Remember that crossing legs while sitting can cause severe back pain and this will give rise to spider veins.

Sitting or standing in a bad posture is always bad for your health. Always stand that the weight of your whole body is distributed in the back and the front side of the feet. While sitting make sure that you will sit straight and hip, ears, and shoulders are in vertical alignment with each other.

Ergonomic chairs should be used in offices which will reduce the problems related to the spine. You can also use portable back support and small pillows while driving or sitting in the office.
