Iron is one of the most important minerals that play a vital role to improve your health. Our digestive system processes the food and absorbs iron. Iron deficiency can cause ailments like anemia and the common cold.

How iron helps the Human Body?
The requirement of iron varies according to the age and lifestyle of the person. Women require more iron than men to maintain their well-being and health.
In the following paragraphs, we will be discussing the benefits of iron.

Improves RBC Count: Proper iron in the body speed up RBC (Red Blood Cells) production. Ironworks as a catalyst to create RBC (red Blood cells) and WBC (White Blood Cells).

Reduces chances of Anemia: According to The medical survey, most women in the age bracket of 26 and 45 years have anemia. Lack of blood in the body causes anemia. If you increase the iron intake, then you can balance your deficiency.

Produces Hemoglobin in the body: Your body requires oxygen to function properly. If a specific part gets less oxygen, then the cells may die. This will cause several diseases. Hemoglobin helps the RBC (Red Blood cells) to transport oxygen in the whole body. Iron is important for hemoglobin production.
