MOST COMMON SUMMER DISEASES AND PREVENTION


Different seasons bring different kind of diseases. Winters bring cold, cough, and flu those make us miserable and weak. On the other hand, summers bring diarrhea, and many health problems like, sunburns, headache, and skin rashes.

1.    FOOD POISONING
This is one of the most common summer diseases because in summer we want to eat outside and having fun with our friends and family. The main reason for food poisoning is the consumption of contaminated food items and water which lead to spreading toxins, viruses, bacteria, and chemicals that enters in our body causes vomiting, stomach pain, and diarrhea.



2.    HOT HEAT STROKE
Headache, vomit, dry skin, weakness, all are the signs of heat stroke in the summer season. In starting you feel dizzy and this dizziness is followed by other conditions like nausea, seizers, etc. If you do not treat these conditions it will turn into severe heat strokes, sometimes it leads to the condition of coma.


3.    JAUNDICE
Jaundice is the most common water-borne disease. The main reason for jaundice is the consumption of contaminated water and food that can be the result of hepatitis A. The main reason for hepatitis A is when the uninfected person intakes water or food with the feces of an infected person.

AVOID EXPOSURE TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT: Use sunscreen who’s SPF is higher than 30 and try to avoid direct contact with sunlight.

WATER INTAKE: Increase the water intake, not taking water will cause you dehydration and that will cause heat strokes, and other health-related issues.

AVOID CONTAMINATED WATER AND ROADSIDE FOOD: Try to avoid eating roadside food and contaminated water.
