COMMON COLD: SYMPTOMS AND PREVENTION


The common cold is the most common disease, this happens to the people who are prone to diseases, or we can say that to whom whose immune system is weak. There are certain symptoms of the common cold and that are sneezing, flowing nose, nausea, and mild fever. The common cold is usually mild, symptoms of common cold lasting 2 to 4 weeks. The general physician can help you to fight with these symptoms of the common cold. The Common cold makes your body more vulnerable.

VIRUS
The Virus is the invisible and a small fragment of genetic material with a protein coat. You cannot see it moreover, this does not depend on water and oxygen for survival. The Virus can penetrate and control living cells. The common viral diseases are measles, diarrhea, chickenpox, mumps, shingles, smallpox, influenza, HIV, rabies, polio, and the common cold. You cannot kill them, these can be detected by the doctor on call.

BACTERIA
Bacteria are the living cells, and these are thousands of time larger than viruses. You can see under the microscope. Bacteria can produce energy and reproduce on their own. The most common bacteria are streptococcus which causes staphylococcus and strep throat.

Try to eat healthy and fresh food, this will help you to make your immune system strong only then you can protect yourself from the common cold.


HOME REMEDIES FOR COLD AND COUGH PREVENTION
Take a bowl and add turmeric powder, black pepper, cinnamon, and honey in it and drink daily until you see the improvement.
Squeeze the ginger and add honey in it, drink with warm water.
Lemons help to fight with infection, lemon is rich in vitamin C.
